Service & help desk

STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL offers their customers efficient and accurate service. Egg grading and packing is needed day by day. In case of an emergency customer’s technician will be able to solve most of the problems himself. If a problem cannot be handled by customer’s own technician or local dealer, STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL's help desk can give immediate advice by phone/fax, or e-mail. The fully automatic graders (ECM and Ardenta series) have a built-in modem which makes service at distance possible. Urgently needed parts can be shipped immediately (if in stock) and if needed our own technicians are on their way to help you out. We offer service for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Training centre

The training centre of STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL is established in Aalten, the Netherlands, and offers a training course to its customers who wish to become more acquainted with the STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL equipment. This training will help to make optimum use of all possibilities of the STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL machines and to ensure adequate maintenance.
