Optimum application possibilities
The Staalkat Multiloader provides two application possibilities:
for the use in case of infeed of eggs on stacked trays and for the use in case of infeed of eggs via peak absorber direct from the production unit in combination with the infeed on stacked trays, the so called in/off-line version
The two application possibilities provide for an extremely efficient infeed of eggs to the grader, both for the 6, 12 and 18-row version of the Multiloader.
| Optional | In combination with the Leaker detection system the Multiloader can be equipped with a special vacuum system preventing contamination by egg-roll-egg contact. |
| Extras | Detection of the infeed of traystacks: The right positioning of the traystacks is automatically detected. Detection of empty trays: After empty trays have passed a detection system, those empty trays with a possible left egg or leaker are transported separately. Egg Switch: Egg Switch makes it possible to switch over to a new supplier without interrupting the grading process. egg Switch is compatible with the Inkjet printer resulting in a high flexibility and a highnet output. |
