SANOVO Albumen recovery units

The SANOVO Albumen Recovery Unit, SARU, is by means of a vacuum system able to recover the remaining albumen in the eggshells after breaking prior to the ejection from the cracker units.

Albumen recovery rate: up to 1%

The yield increase of the egg breaking depends on type of egg breaker and egg temperature.

The SANOVO Albumen Recovery Unit, SARU, is available for all SANOVO Breaking and Separating Lines and exists in two different types:

-          SARU 1 for carousel type of breakers
-          SARU 6, 8 & 16 for linear type of breakers (rotary type)
