SANOVO YieldTracker

The SANOVO YieldTrackerTM is an accurate in-line weighing system that provides information about the real weight of the eggs processed on a breaking line.

By placing the YieldTracker just before the breaker two important yield measurements become available. Comparing the quantity or weight of the shelleggs loaded with the weight measured by the YieldTracker the loss during loading and washing can be calculated. Secondly by comparing the amount of product in the raw product tanks the yield of the breaking system can be estimated. 

By installing either flow meters on the liquid product outlet lines or weighing cells on the raw product tanks, the YieldTrackerTM gives a continues stream of information about the actual yield from the egg breaking line.
